Airsoft guns are a part of large recreational sports industry. These guns fire plastic pellets at a rate of ninety to six hundred feet per second. These guns cab be used for target practice, competitions and military training. The pellets propel through a spring action in these guns. The spring has to be cocked before every use and hence is limited to a single shot. There is no use of battery or gas propellant in these guns and hence are more affordable. The guns based on battery and gas propellant are generally better performer and have significant firepower but are very expensive and can be adversely affected by change of weather and temperature. The demand of airsoft guns is as large as actual firearms. The level of craftsmanship in these guns is enormous. To customize the gun, performance enhancers like scopes, magazines, cases etc. can be used as well. Hence, airsoft guns can be great hobby for anyone as these don’t burn the pockets and take you to a new level of excitement.
