The Airsoft BB guns are basically a sort of BB gun. Round balls of small size are used as projectiles in the Airsoft BB guns. A form of gas is used in the guns to propel the projectiles. Generally the carbon dioxide gas is used as cartridge. Also there are some guns which are powered by battery. The Airsoft BB guns are built using biodegradable substances. However the bb guns of the past years were made using steel, tungsten, lead or bismuth. Those BB guns were relatively larger in size when compared with the BB guns made of metal. There are many BB guns that are designed in such a way that it seem to be real. The Airsoft BB guns are mostly imitation of the real ones. One can often find rifles or pistols that bear resemblance with the ones that are used by the army or police. There is also another kind of BB guns, the electric BB Guns. These guns are not that harmful like the other kinds of guns that are available in the market. The electric BB Guns are kept by many people who have no particular reason for keeping a gun. These guns are also given to the kids as toys. It is one of the most well – known toys in the United States of America. But it should be remembered that the electric BB guns if not handled properly can harm the user.
